This software, its source code, documentation, and all associated materials (collectively, the "Software") are the exclusive property of Nexsteaduser (the "Owner").
PROPRIETARY STATUS The Software is CLOSED-SOURCE and PROPRIETARY. It is NOT open source and is NOT licensed under the MIT license or any other permissive license. The Owner retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
GRANT OF LICENSE The Owner grants the end user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software in binary form solely for personal or internal business purposes, subject to this license and the End User License Agreement (EULA.md).
PROHIBITIONS Unless expressly permitted by the Owner in writing, the user may NOT: a. copy, reproduce, publish, redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software or any portion of it; b. modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software; c. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software; d. remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice contained in the Software; e. use the Software in any way that violates applicable law.
THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS The Software may incorporate third-party components under their own licenses (see THIRD_PARTY.md). The terms of those licenses apply to the respective components and are preserved.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH THE USER.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
TERMINATION This license terminates automatically upon any breach of its terms. Upon termination, the user must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Software.
